If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the consultation, provided:

- You have not proceeded to engage additional services
2.2 Ongoing Consulting Services
For ongoing consulting packages or retainer agreements:
- Refunds may be considered within the first 14 days of service commencement
- Refund amounts will be prorated based on services already delivered
- A cancellation fee of 20% may apply to cover administrative costs
- No refunds are available after 14 days from service commencement
3. Educational Products and Digital Content
For digital products, online courses, guides, or educational materials:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are available only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed
- Proof of technical issues preventing access may extend the refund period
- Downloaded materials must be deleted upon requesting a refund
4. Workshop and Event Registrations
4.1 Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop or event:
- More than 30 days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before: No refund, but transferable to another participant
- No-shows: No refund or transfer available
4.2 Cancellation by Business Growth Hub
If we cancel or reschedule an event:
- You will receive a full refund or option to attend rescheduled event
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred
5. Custom Projects and Bespoke Services
For custom consulting projects, business plans, or bespoke services:
- Refunds are considered only if deliverables fail to meet agreed specifications
- Deposits and initial payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving final deliverables
- We will first offer revisions to address any concerns
- Partial refunds may be considered based on the extent of work completed
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully delivered
- Time-based consulting hours already utilized
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
- Services cancelled with less notice than specified in your agreement
- Services terminated due to breach of our Terms and Conditions
- Administrative or setup fees
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation supporting your request

- Provide services as described in our agreements

12. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds when:
- Only portion of services were unsatisfactory
- Significant delays occurred due to our actions
- Agreed deliverables were partially completed

13. Payment Plan Cancellations
If you are on a payment plan and wish to cancel:
- You remain responsible for services already delivered
- Outstanding payments for delivered services must be settled
- Future payments can be cancelled for undelivered services

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may:
- Result in suspension of services
- Incur additional administrative fees
- Affect future service eligibility

- Not affect refund terms for services purchased before the change
